Mehdi Bajoghli M.D., P.C.


Dr. Mehdi Bajoghli is board certified in Allergy & Immunology. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Allergy & Immunology, Fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology and Fellow of the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology.

Dr. Bajoghli specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of hay fever (allergic rhinitis), asthma, sinus problems, hives, eczema, eosinophillic esophagitis and allergy to food, medications, bees and metal implants.Since his fellowship at Georgetown University, he has been in practice for more than twenty five years. In addition, he has been teaching medical staff, residents and medical students at Inova Fairfax Hospital and Potomac, now Sentara Hospital. He also has been active in community education programs. Dr. Bajoghli has published articles, some of which were original research, in adult and pediatric literature. The latest of which was published in Annals of Allergy and Asthma in December 2015. Dr. Bajoghil treats all facets of allergy and asthma. He has particular interest in treatment of allergic rhinitits, asthma, sinus conditions, hives, pet allergy and metal implant allergy.

Hannah Moon, FNP

Hannah earned her Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science in Nursing at Georgetown University. She is a Family Nurse Practitioner certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Her clinical experiences comprise of a variety of settings such as asthma and allergy, sleep disorders, primary care in under-served inner city, rural, and suburban areas; convenient care, pain management & spine, and the ICU. Raised in Northern Virginia, Hannah is passionate about empowering patients through education and awareness while providing holistic care to patients and families from various cultural, ethnic, and socio-economic backgrounds. She is bi-lingual in English and Korean and has over 5 years of volunteer experience in translation. Her hobbies include hiking, spending time with her dog, traveling, watching documentaries, and trying new types of food.

Jay Won Bartlett, NP

Jay Won Bartlett is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, specializing in allergic disorders. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Arizona Honors College, she has practiced in pediatric and adult Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology since 2001. She has lectured on the topics of allergic rhinitis and allergic asthma and served as a clinical preceptor for students from Georgetown and George Washington University Medical Schools. She has an extensive research background, performing federally funded original research, working as a site coordinator for a national open-label medication trial, and serving as a statistical consultant on several research projects. A pioneer in the introduction of nurse practitioners to the emergency room setting, she piloted a program which brought nurse practitioners into the hospital adult and pediatric emergency departments to enhance the quality of care and improve patient satisfaction. She is also a Certified Diabetes Educator with clinical experience in endocrinology and internal medicine. Jay Won sees pediatric and adult allergy and asthma patients including those with seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis (hay fever), vasomotor (irritant) rhinitis, sinusitis, food, medication and insect allergies, acute and chronic urticaria (hives), eczema, and all forms of asthma.

Jay Won lives with her husband and son in Northern Virginia.
